How to cancel or amend your booking depends on your booking method, and terms vary.

If you booked directly with us then get in touch via Arnie Swartz (our clever chatbot) or email to make the change. Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled but are amendable up to 24 hours before you stay (conditions apply). If you’ve booked on a flexible rate then stays can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before you stay (conditions apply).

If you booked via a third party or online travel agency (OTA) then you’ll need to contact them directly. In those cases the host cancellation policy will apply.

Each property has a slightly different check-in procedure. You should have received an email with all the check-in and property info you need. If you have any further questions, chat to Arnie Swartz (our clever chatbot).

You bet, we just need to know (ahead of time) that you’re bringing your pooch. An additional cleaning fee will be added.

Unfortunately, most of our Apartments don’t offer luggage storage but check your chosen Apartment location to find out more.
